NPK Travels Terms & Conditions

By using the services of NPK Travels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Booking confirmation will be shared via call, WhatsApp, or message.
  • Any changes to booking details must be informed in advance.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are agreed upon before the journey begins.
  • Toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, or permits (if applicable) may be charged extra unless specified as all-inclusive.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed method (cash, UPI, or bank transfer).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations should be informed as early as possible.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
  • No-shows may result in full booking charges.

4. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles are provided only for the agreed itinerary.
  • Any additional distance, time, or route changes may incur extra charges.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

5. Driver & Safety

  • Our drivers follow traffic rules and prioritize passenger safety.
  • Customers are requested to cooperate with drivers for a smooth journey.
  • NPK Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • NPK Travels is not liable for loss or damage of items left in the vehicle.

7. Service Refusal

NPK Travels reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

NPK Travels shall not be held liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
